Returns and Replacement Policy

We try our best to take good pictures which depict the best colour of the product and try to give as much information on the products as possbile. But there still be times when you may change your mind or the item is received damaged. Worry not, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to return it to us in case you change your mind. Just email us at customercare@shambalabracelet.co.uk with your Order id and what item you like to return and we will email you back with a confirmation.

You can return by any service you like, as long as you retain a proof of posting. You may purchase an extra insurance for your piece of mind. We will not refund any postage costs for returning the item to us unless the item was received in damaged condition, in which case we might just send you another one, upon showing us the a picture of the damaged item.
